What we collect
Name, email, phone, and company when you contact us. We also collect website usage data such as pages visited, referrers, device/browser details, clicks, and interaction patterns. Nothing else unless you explicitly provide it in a brief or project.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, deliver agreed engagements, send invoices, and improve website performance, usability, security, and marketing effectiveness. We do not sell personal data.
How we store it
Contact and project data lives in Australian-hosted services with encryption at rest. Access is limited to the two-person team. Backups rotate every fourteen days.
Third parties
We use Google Workspace (email + docs), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Microsoft Clarity (behaviour analytics including session replay and heatmaps). These services operate as processors/service providers, not data resellers.
Microsoft Clarity disclosure
We partner with Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. This helps us improve site quality, user experience, performance, and marketing outcomes. Clarity may use first-party cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect this information. Your rights
You can request a copy of any data we hold on you, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of everything. Email info@webxstudios.com.au — we respond within five business days.
